In the case of an absent teacher, you will receive a new access code so you can rebook your 1-on-1 lesson or group class, free of charge. At this time, this is the only kind of refund we can offer in the event of this specific situation. If - for any reason - you are not present at a previously booked 1-on-1 lesson or group class, it will be considered LOST (the teacher will wait for you online for a maximum time of 10 minutes). Similarly, if - for any reason - you are late to a 1-on-1 lesson or group class , the minutes elapsed between the scheduled start time and the time you arrive are considered LOST. You may cancel or reschedule one or more 1-on-1 lessons - without losing them - at least 24 business hours before the lesson itself. If you are unable to use the paid services of Elayaa.com - for which you are properly enrolled in or subscribed to and have already paid in full - due to Elayaa.com's desire to cancel such service completely, you may request a refund by email to support@elayaa.com . This refund will correspond to the amount you actually paid for access to the service, divided by 24 and multiplied by the number of months of actual inability to use the service (within a maximum period of 24 months from your enrollment or subscription to the paid service you intend to ask for a refund).
