Welcome to this ElayaaHUB Spanish conversation event!
Today, we’re letting go—of the pressure to be perfect, the fear of making mistakes, and the idea that we must always get it right.
Perfectionism often hides behind good intentions. But it can keep us from growing, connecting, and even enjoying the journey of learning Spanish.
In this session, we’ll shift from self-judgment to self-compassion, and we’ll explore Spanish phrases that support a more fluid, kind, and joyful relationship with yourself. Because life—and language—isn’t meant to be perfect. It’s meant to be lived.

Reflection Question 🌱
¿Qué parte de ti intenta ser perfecto/a en todo momento? ¿Y qué podrías ganar si soltaras esa necesidad… también en español?
What part of you tries to be perfect all the time? And what might you gain by letting go of that need—even in Spanish?
Consider writing down your thoughts in Spanish to warm up for the event!💡

Beyond Language ✨
"You don’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
Perfectionism tells you that your worth depends on results, on appearances, on getting it right. But your soul already knows: your worth is in your willingness to try, to grow, and to be real.
When you release the pressure to be flawless, you open the door to joy, presence, and learning that feels alive. In Spanish and in life, the freedom to be imperfect is the beginning of true expression. Let go. You’re allowed to make space for who you’re becoming.”
Letting Go Ritual
-
Write down one belief about perfectionism that feels true to you. “Si no lo hago perfecto, no vale la pena.”
-
Challenge it with a new phrase in Spanish. “Estoy aprendiendo, y eso es suficiente.”
-
Say it aloud—slowly and with breath. Notice what softens inside you.
-
Celebrate one mistake you made today that helped you grow. Even in Spanish.
Letting go is an act of love.
