How to Prepare for a Job Interview in Spanish

  1. Practice aloud with a friend or mirror. Simulate common interview questions in Spanish. “¿Cuáles son tus fortalezas principales?”

  2. Write your elevator pitch. 2–3 sentences that sum up who you are and what you offer. “Soy ingeniero con experiencia en proyectos sostenibles...”

  3. Prepare one story for each question type. Have an example ready for: a success, a challenge, and a learning experience.

  4. Speak with purpose, not perfection. Focus on your value and presence—not just grammar.
