Welcome to this ElayaaHUB Spanish conversation event!

Today we’re going to talk about something that shapes everything—how you speak to yourself, especially when no one else is listening.

Your internal dialogue can be your most powerful teacher… or your harshest critic. And the truth is, you can rewire your self-talk—even in Spanish.

In this session, we’ll explore common thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and how to shift from negative self-talk to empowering inner dialogue using mindful expressions in Spanish. You’ll not only grow as a language learner—you’ll grow as a human being.

Beyond Language ✨

"Every phrase you repeat becomes a part of your belief system. If your inner voice is filled with pressure, judgment, or shame, learning becomes fear.

But when you begin speaking to yourself with patience, encouragement, and love, learning becomes liberation.

In Spanish or any language, your voice inside is sacred. Choose words that support your becoming. Choose phrases that let you breathe. Speak to yourself like someone you’re here to take care of—and everything will change.

Self-Talk Audit

  1. Write down 3 phrases you say to yourself during difficult moments. In Spanish or your native language.

  2. Check: Are these kind? Are they helpful? If not, that’s okay—now we reframe.

  3. Rewrite them using the empowering Spanish expressions above. Say them aloud. Notice how they feel.

  4. Repeat one positive phrase every morning in Spanish. Make it part of your inner voice.

The words you say to yourself in Spanish are not just language—they’re vibration, direction, and healing.
