Emotional Practice Ritual

Each day, write down one emotion you’ve felt—in Spanish. Use: “Hoy me sentí…”

Add one sentence about what triggered that feeling. “Porque…”

Notice how naming the emotion changes your relationship with it. Awareness creates space.
