Share The Meal
Did you know that by learning Spanish you are making this world a better place?
By becoming a paying student, you are helping us support the United Nations World Food Program (WFP), which provides food assistance to children around the world through the "ShareTheMeal APP".
School meals provide the necessary energy that allows children to develop their full potential. Only in this way they can become adults capable of studying and making a concrete contribution to the development of their countries and communities.
At the end of each month, Elayaa.com will donate 1 meal for each new Paying Student of that month:
↳ EXPRESS Total, PREMIUM & PREMIUM +Plus
1 enrollment = 1 meal donated
Why is it important to help?
821 million people today are undernourished. That means 1 in 9 people don't have enough food to live healthy, active lives. Hunger and malnutrition are the number one health risk in the world.
Particularly in childhood, malnutrition hinders children's proper development. Without proper nutrition, they will never be able to study and have an adequate education to become adults who can make a real contribution to the development and livelihoods of their countries, communities and families.
At Elayaa.com, we believe that proper education and training are the basis for the success of every single human being. For this to be possible, every child in the world must have regular access to a rich and nutritious diet.
What is ShareTheMeal?
ShareTheMeal is an initiative of the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) - the largest humanitarian nutrition agency in the world. Each year, WFP reaches more than 86 million people with food assistance in 83 countries. WFP is 100% volunteer, so every donation counts.
WFP's administrative costs are among the lowest in the nonprofit sector: over 90% of donations go directly to operations that are building a world where every human being has regular access to the food they need to live a healthy life.
Donations from the ShareTheMeal APP support various WFP operations, ranging from resilience-building programs and food assistance to assisting in some of the world's most dramatic food crises, including Yemen, Syria, Nigeria, and Ukraine.
